During the university winter break, Toma and Yuzuki return to their hometown Umekoji Ryokan
for a reunion after a long absence.
Chizuru, Touma’s grandmother, who is the proprietress of the inn,
has been keeping Touma from returning home due to her busy schedule, but this time she makes a reservation for him as a guest and forces him to come back.

However, Toushin feels something strange about the ryokan.
The next morning, Yuzuki is straddling Toushin with cat ears and a tail!
It was possession by “Mao” and “Miyabi,” the gods protecting the inn.

The long-established ryokan has been in financial crisis for the past few years, and the gods command Toushin and his friends to restore the ryokan.
Toushin and Yuzuki decide to struggle to rebuild the ryokan for the sake of the precious place they have returned to after a long absence and the people they love.
